Paw Studio
Early access, opening gradually

Automate your video production, from idea to published.

Paw Studio is an automated video studio. It generates the media, edits the video, cuts the Shorts, then schedules and publishes them. Music videos are where it works best today: AI songs, visualizers, lyrics, and Shorts cut from the chorus.

Access opens gradually. The waitlist is how to get in.

The timeline editor: a music video with its lanes, its look and the live preview

One studio for the videos you make again and again

The pipeline is not tied to music: the editor already takes your own pictures, footage and audio. Music videos come first because that is where every step is built end to end.

Available now

Music videos

Generate a song and its lyrics, give it cover art, an audio-reactive look and a lyric reveal, render the video, cut the Shorts from the chorus, schedule the release and prepare its DistroKid kit.

Next on the roadmap

  • Faceless channels

AI pictures and clips, text overlays and your own audio on one timeline, published on a schedule.

  • Podcast clips

Cut a recording into vertical clips with a podcast card look. Picking the best moments for you is what we are working on.

  • Education

Lessons and explainers from your slides, pictures and audio, with QR codes that lead to your course.

  • Marketing and brand

On-brand videos from reusable templates with your logo and colors, in every format.

  • E-commerce and products

Product videos from your pictures, with a QR code to the page, cut for each platform.

Everything between the idea and the published video

Five steps in one place, each one automated where it can be and left in your hands where it should be.

Generate

Make the media with AI, on a budget you set

Images, video clips, lyrics and songs from the providers you pick. Every call is priced and journaled, and daily and monthly caps stop a bad prompt from becoming a bad invoice.

  • Images and video clips from OpenAI, OpenRouter and Luma models
  • Songs and lyrics, with singing voices built from your own songs
  • Spending caps per provider, and what each video cost to make

Edit

A real timeline, with templates and every format

Lay out pictures and clips, music and sounds, then add animated text, QR codes and shapes on top. Start from a look template, and publish the same project in every format.

  • Ken Burns, transitions, speed and loops on pictures and clips
  • Music, sound and overlay lanes with a mixer and ducking
  • A dozen built-in look templates; 16:9, 9:16, 4:5 and square from one project

Cut

Shorts cut from the long video, automatically

Pick a rule (the chorus of each song, the best moments, fixed lengths) and get vertical cuts to trim on the timeline. Cuts follow the music: move a song and its Shorts move with it.

  • The chorus found from the lyrics' timing, or from the audio alone
  • Shorts and TikTok formats, with safe-area guides on the preview
  • Titles, captions and hashtags suggested for each platform

Publish

Scheduled publishing, on YouTube and TikTok

Each channel has a schedule of planned slots. Approve a video and it goes to YouTube as a private upload set to turn public at its slot. For TikTok, the studio reminds you at the posting time, with the video and the caption ready.

  • YouTube uploads that resume after a crash instead of starting over
  • TikTok reminders today (you post by hand); automatic posting is planned
  • A calendar of what is planned, and notifications when something needs you

Measure

See what works, next to what it cost

Views, watch time and subscribers for each channel and each video, and your progress toward the YouTube Partner Program thresholds. No revenue data is ever read.

  • Public counters and YouTube Analytics, per channel and per video
  • Cost per published video and per 1,000 views
  • Estimated date of each Partner Program threshold at your current pace

How it works

  1. 1

    Make the media

Generate images, clips, lyrics or songs, or upload your own pictures, footage and audio to the library.

  2. 2

    Edit, then cut

Compose on the timeline from a template, render it on a render machine, and let the cut rules propose the Shorts.

  3. 3

    Schedule and learn

Plan each video on the calendar. YouTube uploads go out on schedule, TikTok posts are reminded, and the numbers come back.

Run it your way

The studio works with OpenAI-compatible providers and with render machines you host yourself. Using your own keys and your own machines on your own account comes as access opens up.

Bring your own AI

Plug in the AI provider you prefer

The studio can use any provider that speaks OpenAI's Chat Completions API, such as Mistral, Groq, DeepSeek, Together, xAI or Fireworks. An endpoint has a base URL and an API key, its models are imported or added by hand, and the owner chooses which ones are offered.

  • Keys are stored encrypted and never shown again
  • Prices, and daily and monthly caps, are set per endpoint: every call is priced and journaled
  • Used for text and vision tasks, like lyrics, titles and descriptions, and reading a picture
  • Images, video clips and songs still come from OpenAI, OpenRouter, Luma and musicapi.ai

Render machines

Render on your own machines

Videos are rendered by paw-builder, a small agent installed on PCs or servers of your own. It asks the studio for work over HTTPS, so nothing has to be opened on your network, renders with ffmpeg, and sends the video back to the storage.

  • Windows (x86-64), Linux (x86-64) and macOS (Apple Silicon, unsigned for now)
  • A guided setup checks the connection and ffmpeg, and picks how many renders run at once
  • Runs in the background and starts with the machine or your session

Powered by Rust: the agent is one native program, built in Rust.

Questions

Is Paw Studio only for music videos?

No. The studio automates video creation: it generates the media, edits the video, cuts Shorts, then schedules and publishes them. Music videos are where it works best today, and the other uses above are what we are building toward. Tell us on the waitlist what you would make.

How much will it cost?

Pricing is not set yet. Tell us your range in the waitlist: it is a question in the form, it commits you to nothing, and it shapes the plans.

When can I get in?

Access opens gradually, in small groups, and the waitlist is how to get in. When it is your turn we reach out at the address you gave. There is no confirmation email when you sign up.

Where can it publish?

YouTube: videos and Shorts are uploaded and scheduled for you. TikTok: the studio reminds you when a post is due, with the video and caption ready, and you post it; automatic posting is planned.

What happens to my YouTube account?

You connect a channel with Google sign-in. The studio only uploads and manages the videos it created, reads your own channel's statistics, and never touches anything else. The access token is encrypted, and you can revoke it from the studio or from your Google account at any time. Details in the privacy policy.

What do you do with my waitlist answers?

They are used to manage the waitlist and to decide what to build. The IP address and browser details sent with your sign-up are kept for six months, against abuse, and then erased. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time. See the waitlist section of the privacy policy.

Google user data

Signing in to the studio is limited to its owners, and access is opening gradually. Paw Studio uses its YouTube access to upload videos, manage their titles, thumbnails and playlists, and read public counts and YouTube Analytics reports, never revenue. Access tokens are encrypted at rest and are never shared or sold. Details in the privacy policy.
